Jens Montanana



Jens is the founder and chief architect behind Datatec, which he established in 1986. Between 1989 and 1993 Jens served as managing director and vice-president of US Robotics (UK) operations, a wholly owned subsidiary of US Robotics which was acquired by 3Com. In 1993 he co-founded US start up Xedia Corporation in Boston, MA, an early pioneer of network switching and one of the market leaders in IP bandwidth management, which was subsequently sold to Lucent Corporation. In 1994 Jens became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Datatec which listed on the JSE in November 1994 and on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange in 2006. Jens is also Chairman of the 100% owned subsidiary company Logicalis, a role he assumed in March 2007. Jens is non-executive director of Versatile Systems, Inc. a Toronto and London listed Canadian company.

Mark Rogers

Chief Executive Officer



Mark Rogers joined Logicalis in 2003 as Finance Director for Logicalis UK, and in 2004 he became Chief Financial Officer, European Operations. Since March 2007, he has taken on the role of Chief Operating Officer for Logicalis Group and in March 2014, Mark was appointed President and COO of Logicalis Group. Mark became CEO for Logicalis Group with effect from 1st March 2015.

Mark has extensive experience in the technology and service sectors both in the UK and internationally. He spent 20 years at Racal Electronics/Thales of which 13 years were at Finance Director level within divisions providing Managed Network Services, Telecoms and Survey & Positioning Services. Whilst at Thales he was also Chairman of Citylink Telecommunications, a joint venture company which had secured a £1.2 billion, 20 year PFI contract with London Underground. Also, he has significant M&A experience including the sale of Racal Telecom to Global Crossing for £1 billion as well as experience in the acquisition and integration of smaller businesses.

He started his finance career with Revlon where he qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant.

Bob Bailkoski

Chief Operating Officer

Bob joined Logicalis Group in November 2015 as Chief Financial Officer and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in March 2018.  He brings over ten years of international experience to his role having previously worked in Australia, Switzerland and the USA.  He was previously Group Finance Director at Monitise plc and prior to that was a Divisional Finance Director at TUI Travel plc. Bob started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers before joining Wolseley plc where he held a variety of finance, commercial and strategic roles.

Renata Randi 

Chief Marketing & Alliances Officer


Renata Randi joined Logicalis in March 2008 when Logicalis merged with Promon Tecnologia, a leading Brazilian network integrator. In the last 10 years, Renata has been responsible for developing the marketing strategies for Logicalis in Latin America and for managing the relationships with key industry partners, besides leading Logicalis’ partnership with Cisco on a global basis. In March 2018, Renata was appointed Chief Marketing and Alliances Officer for Logicalis Group.

Before joining Logicalis, Renata held several executive positions in business development, sales, strategy, marketing and alliance management at Promon’s Group. She has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Unicamp (University of Campinas), a postgraduate degree in Marketing, and an MBA from the University of Michigan Business School.

 Joanne Nelson

 VP International Marketing



Joanne Nelson was appointed to Vice President of Marketing in August 2004, to head up the UK marketing department, and in addition, take responsibility for the corporate marketing function of the Logicalis Group. In January 2008, she became VP International Marketing with responsibility for corporate strategy, branding and analyst relations across the organisation.

Joanne brings over fifteen years of ICT marketing experience to her role having previously worked at Ericsson Enterprise, and then its spinoff, Damovo, where she was VP Marketing & Communications, across the Group. She had sole responsibility for re-branding the multi-million dollar global Communications Provider (then ranked 36th top global brand, Interbrand, Citigroup, August 2001) and managing the global corporate marketing function across 20 markets worldwide.

Joanne has first-hand international experience, having studied at the Institut Universitaire de Technologie (IUT), Nice, Côte d'Azur, France, and at Haarlem Business School, in The Netherlands, and worked in Antibes, South of France.

 Justin Kearney

 VP of Human Resources



Justin Kearney joined Logicalis Group in August 2013 as Vice President of Human Resources with responsibility for providing people management leadership within Logicalis Group.

Prior to this, Justin was the HR Director for the Corporate function leaders at Invensys, the engineering and technology business.  He has also held international HR business partner roles within the aviation and financial service industries with General Electric, and in retail, with Sainsburys in the UK.

Justin has an honours degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Leisure Management, as well as being a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
